A subscription includes:

  • Creating and updating your employee handbook as and when legislation requires it, meaning you are always compliant and can relax despite any barrage of publicity in the press for some new employee right.
  • Recommending additional policies and procedures (subject to your agreement) as the employment environment changes.
  • Hosting of your online Employee Handbook on our platform which means you can be confident that it is secure and you always have the most update version to hand (or at your fingertips).
  • Telephone or email support on employment matters. The subscription includes up to one hour a month (worth £150) for ad-hoc advice, drafting letters or documents or as a sounding board. Our consultants all have HR experience at senior levels and are familiar with assisting SMEs.
  • Designated HR consultants which ensures that you deal with only one or two people.
  • For complex issues, you have access to specialist experience, support and guidance.
