Managing Director Malcolm has worked for over forty years in employee relations, Human Resources and training. He is a Chartered CIPD Fellow and has developed training programmes for Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualifications and trained hundreds of HR professionals. He co-authors the best selling CIPD book, Human Resource Practice.
Founding Director
Founding director Jon has supported technology and knowledge based start-up companies, including university spin-outs, since 2004. Jon has a keen interest in Enterprise and Heads up Enterprise and Innovation Services at Lancaster University.
Fiona has over 30 years experience in HR and has worked with a wide range of clients including NHS Trusts, universities, charities, social enterprise, independent health and social care organisations and private sector companies. She is co-author of Human Resource Practice. Fiona is qualified at BPS Level A in psychometric testing and is an accredited workplace mediator.
Sarah has been advising on recruitment, operational and strategic HR issues in both the manufacturing and financial sector since 1998. As well as a degree and chartered membership of the CIPD, she holds a Diploma in Management Studies, a certificate in counselling and BPS levels A and B in psychometric testing.
Jeremy has been involved for over 35 years in Employment Relations/Law and Health and Safety at work. He spent 16 years as Senior lecturer at The University of Hull and is currently visiting Lecturer at Ruskin College Cambridge and Leeds Becket University. He has advised both private and public sector clients, from Manager to Board level and represented up to Employment Appeal Tribunal. Jeremy also advisors the World Bank on their publication Women, Business and the Law.
