Malcolm Martin BSc, FCIPD
Originally steeped in Industrial Relations, Malcolm Martin has worked as a Human Resources consultant and trainer for over twenty years. He developed professional training programmes for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualifications and co-authors Human Resource Practice (over 60,000 copies sold). He also co-authors The Management Pocketbook on Employment Law.
Primarily he now advises clients on employee relations; employment law within an employment context; attendance management; and disciplinary processes as well as delivering training in all these skill areas.
Malcolm values trust and integrity. Through effective use of people management techniques he is interested in helping client businesses to be more profitable, care providers to achieve higher quality and charities to realise their’ aims .
